I massage my boobs everytime I shower to make sure no ducts get clogged. I’m terrified of mastitis lol I had it once in the past with my second child. I don’t remember who told me to do that but I’ve never gotten mastitis since!

I got clogged ducts from just using the hands free bra pumps. It don’t empty all the way and didn’t get milk from the outside ducts. Had to still use the regular to get it all 😭
