heyy, a little advice as someone who loves and eats sweats every day, try starting your day with a savory breakfast, it took me a while to get use to at first but not eating something sweat first thing doesn't spike your bloodshugar and makes you not crave sugar so much around the day, I usually eat breakfast and then eat something sweat, good luck in your journey!!
