It’s more than safety issues by filling a building over its capacity. Power, sewage systems, and so on are designed to meet the needs of a certain amount of people based on the size of the building, capacity, and so on.

While I’m grateful for these Congressional members, the drive to act and follow up should be a baseline principle, not something to celebrate or put on a pedestal. All of our congressional leaders should be taking action and following up as a basic responsibility. Still, I’m grateful they are bringing awareness to this!
