Love this recipe! So much easier than the one I normally make! Quick ?…. I made it and its bulk rising. I don’t think I’ll have time to bake tonight. Can I shape and put in fridge overnight? Then should I let it rise again before baking? Or do I need to let it rise in the pan before going in the fridge?

I’ve watched a lot of videos and you are by far top tier so thank you for sharing 🫶🏻 this is the second recipe I’ve made that you posted and it turned out STUNNING but I do have one question. What would be your best recommendation to boost the flavor a tad? I used honey and salt but I want to give it just a little umph. What would you recommend? I have a question about the starter if I have a starter that sits out and then I don’t do anything with it for a week. Can I put it in the refrigerator and will it be OK? The reason why I’m asking is I work out of town every other month and I’m gone for a week and I just don’t want it to mess up while I’m gone.
