Directions: Set your oven to 250°F Cut your loin against the grain into roughly ¾-1” strips weighing 6-10oz each Rub with coarse sea salt and fresh ground black pepper on all sides (don’t be stingy with the salt because this forms the crust) Place on a wire rack inside of a baking sheet Put in oven for 15-20 minutes Turn all steaks over and return to oven until internal temperature is 225°F (approximately 15-20 minutes) Remove from oven and sear each steak on both sides on a well buttered pan on high heat on the stove top for roughly 2-4 minutes on each side Deglaze pan with a splash of water and reserve as a steak sauce Keep in refrigerator and use as a protein for breakfast, lunch, and dinner #mealprep #steak #cookingtok
