We built a system for ACC here in Austin back in the 80’s. A loop system 100 holes, 50ft deep. Kept the whole building a constant 70 degrees year round!

You are looking at 15-20k installation! And there are maintenance costs that go along with the system!😳

Every single invention that has been developed and doesn’t have any value in long term upgrades and upkeep will never come to fruition because the government and the corporations will ALWAYS STIFLE THE PATH FORWARD FOR THEM.

A 500' coil of 1" pex works, the depth needs to be about 10' , its a tiny hole.

I got a loan to build a root cellar and I did this my house is a constant 65 in Winter and a constant 72 in summer once I get my solar completed I can assume it will shade the 60%of the roof

I installed an hvac system is Florida to keep humidity in check but the house keep a constant temp year round. All walls including interior were solid concrete and went 7’ into the ground so the walls just stayed a constant temp.

You have to go deeper than a few feet and in areas with high water tables then that adds a problem.

Yes this is how geothermal works. a $300 buried pipe won't do it however. and in high temp change areas like NH or AZ, you actually have to get to around 8-9ft for the ground to remain constant. But if your water table is deeper than that it won't work long because of thermal dynamics of the rock and soil.

Geothermal cooling and heating it’s a real thing. I’ve been installed it before the government didn’t erase it.

For every action there is a reaction. The 80 degree air going in comes out 59 degrees. The ground absorbs the warm air and at some point starts to warm the ground. See what I’m getting at?
