No, they r cutting open bc no more comes out of pump bc the lotion is so thick (which is a GOOD thing) that its stuck to the sides so pump cant pull it up anymore. Its cut open to get the remaining amount out of bottle. Bottles ARE full when bought, NOT xtra packaging & NOT scamming. It was such a huge issue that EOS said we hear you and we fixed it by swapping to flip cap this month so the lotion is now squeezed out to get it all. Now the problem is solved. THAT was the issue, not air/xtra plastic.

No, because you’re right, they are kind of wasting a little bit more money in the long run when they’re wasting a lot of packaging then if they just made smaller packaging with the amount of product, they want to give us. This is one reason why I kinda like buying products to have translucent orclear packaging. There are some companies where you can actually just hold it up to the light and see through the bottle to see how much they’re really giving you cause you can see the shadow this works best with white bottles so most dove products.
