you probably reported it wrong. remember HR is there to protect the company not you. if you have documentation of the incidents then you should get a lawyer. just know never go to HR. and if you documented you have to present the harassment differently you cant just say im being harassed.

I'm sorry that has been your experience. For what it's worth, I was a manger before. And if a female employee had a issue like that, I madd sure to address it right away. There are people who take these things seriously. But the bigger issue may be that the place(s) you have worked for have some serious culture problems. That's why you should always consider more then pay when you accept a job.
