Then it finally clicked, there was only one day it could be. February 27th has always been a heavy one. It marks the anniversary of @Marcus’Anthony II‘s dad passing, and every year it carries that weight. It’s never been an easy day for him and for a while now, he’s been trying to give it a new meaning. So I chose to turn a day that’s held so much pain into one filled with love. It was an intimate moment, just the two of us. No distractions, no pressure, no eyes on us, just space for him to feel everything: to be fully himself, to let it out if he needed to, and to simply exist in the moment. Post proposal, we shared a quiet celebration over dinner with a small circle of people who love and support us deeply.
