removing dairy from my diet was a life saver!!! it took about 3 weeks to get out of my system, after that he was a completely different baby. we slowly introduced dairy back in about 10 months and he was fine with cheese products, but not straight milk. he still gets a little windy with too much dairy at 3yo, but he's so much better.
