In a bowl, add the flour and make a hole in the middle. Add yeast and sugar, then pour in half of the water and mix. Add the rest of the water and mix again. Cover and leave for 15 minutes. 2. While the dough is resting, cut the olives. Add them to the dough with salt and oregano. Stretch and fold, then coil fold until everything is well combined. No waiting in between. Cover and leave for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. 3. On a floured surface, place the dough, fold and turn it. Divide into 4 pieces. Shape into baguettes, then place on a baguette pan or tray. Leave for 10 minutes, dust with flour, and score. 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 480°F (250°C) with steam for 15 minutes, then reduce to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 15 more minutes. #bread #baguette
