I knew the instant I laid eyes on my now wife. I describe as “my earth quaked”, as if the very fabric of my universe perked away and become something new, it felt like destiny. From then I would find myself looking at her and I’d see her face and hair transform into an older version of herself, wrinkles, grey streaky hair, still smiling back at me with those same blue eyes. We were married a year later to the day, and two years after that was the day of our embryo transfer and we are now expecting our first baby. I know her but there’s still so much to know about her. I’m so excited to watch her become a Mum and fall even more in love with her.
