99% of the time its the dozer or the ground guys fault why trucks get stuck but they will not hook a chain or strap to ur truck so they are not responsible if something happend they will pull u out but u got to hook it up

If I am dumping my belt trailer in a muddy field I require the farmer to supply me with a little 450 dozer or 4x4 tractor to pull my self forward as I am unloading and or pull myself to dry ground.

When I run tow, tractor or tow cat, the operator does not hook up the truck that’s the drivers responsibility. I have a tow waiver in my machine if I hook up to any truck with a liabilities on the truck driver, not the operator.

If they charged every truck they had to pull at a dump site like that one they would have a lot of trucks dumping at the curb.

not at all. I spent 4 years hauling into landfills. getting stuck happens. only time I ever seen the dozer operators pitch a fit is in the winter when they require chaining up. if you ignore it and get stuck, then you get ignored!

I hauled crushers and stern plants, getting snatch out of the bottom of the pit was required, not expected.

I feel it doesn't matter who's fault it is. The job has to get done. That is what you're being paid to do. Work together. All that crap needed to be left in kindergarten.

That's why you watch your tires, and as soon as they start to sink, you stop. Never listen to an Machine operater or a Forman. Dump where you please. They have machines to move the load.

Hi I haul super B side/end dump it is rare that a dozer operator will get out to help hook you up and hauling into landfills all the time. No, I don’t find it. Strange at all, especially on rain days where everything is mud we get to the top of the hill they hook up to you do a drive-by dump and they pull you to the other side unhook down the hill you go normal all the time.
