Cherish this moment 😅 I wanted to be a mom my whole life too and pregnancy was magical. But after my baby arrived, my body just never bounced back. Bloating so bad I couldn't fit my jeans, sugar cravings out of control, zero patience. I felt so lost and ashamed. Then I came across Eat like a woman Protocol (author is Loren Green) in a wellness thread. I tried it and dropped 25 lbs, my gut healed, and I don't feel like a stranger in my body anymore. It's crazy how hidden this is when so many moms are suffering silently.

Pregnancy and motherhood is such a beautiful thing! My baby just an hour ago climbed up on me and patted my chest and said mama for the first time 😭 I started bawling and squeezing him. I was so excited lol. It’s the best thing ever. I love being a mom
