You can do it needa. As a girl who was 375lbs and is now 182. You can do it. Since I stopped eating junk food and stopped drinking, eating sweets and started walking on treadmills for 30mins a day I lost almost 193lbs. Food has ALWAYS been my weakness and still is but I control myself now and if I can’t I eat a very small amount. I believe in you girl. Good luck.

I have this scale in my bathroom and its pretty old and inaccurate but I started weighing myself and I was pretty happy with my weight. I went to the doctors today though and when they weighed me I was 10 pounds heavier than I thought😭
