These insights reflect common themes I’ve observed in clinical settings, assessment conversations, and client storytelling. It may not apply to everyone, and research is still catching up on a lot of this. This content is for general education and shared understanding, it is not clinical advice or a diagnostic service.

When I'm talking to 2 people, I'm thinking about how I need to look at both of them equally and not just one.

I do 1 so much, I stop myself now because I think other people see it as self-centered and to take away from their story 😔

All of these!!!! But point 3 - instead of using quotes from movies, I sing a song as soon as I hear someone (or me) say words reminding me of that song. And mind you, I can’t even sing… 🤦🏼♀️😅 if only I could sing… 😅😂

I THRIVED during COVID when we couldn't socialise, colleagues were complaining they miss seeing people but I could have stayed at home forever. I'm either extremely introverted or something else is going on 🤷

Undiagnosed but went five outta five. I have felt for many years I’m on the spectrum, it explains so much about my childhood and adolescence.

Damn, I think I might have autism or ADHD, but I'm also afraid I'm just faking it all up because I don't remember much about my early childhood (I have REALLY bad memory for stuff like that), so it's hard for me to say if I've been behaving like this since I was a child or not

I was diagnosed with adhd as a kid and the more I learn about autism the more I think I have both. I haven't bothered getting an official diagnosis because I'm not sure if that would be worth the hassle or solve anything.
