I plant clover seed instead of grass. It’s a nice lawn covering, blooms to feed bees, and you hardly ever have to mow it. I wanted to just have a cilantro lawn but my partner said no.

Okay so I'm also laying grass seed rn...where did you get yours? I have a hilly yard so I was told to get fescue and the only place you can really get it is TSC without it being a blend. Also I saw the comment about the hay....how much do we really think we need the hay? I'm assuming thats more for yards with no grass as opposed to when you overseed. Pretty sure its just for moisture and weight so the seeds don't move, but if there are other plants around (like grass already growing) idk why youd need it
