Nesting at Target hits different in the third trimester 😅 I was so excited buying all the little things but my body was screaming—constant bloating, zero energy, hormones all over the place, and feeling so disconnected from myself. I thought feeling this terrible was just part of being almost done. My sister told me about eat like a woman protocol (by Loren Green) and I finally gave it a shot before my baby came. Game changer—29 lbs gone postpartum, clear skin, steady energy, and I actually enjoyed the nesting phase instead of just surviving it. It's wild how hidden this info is when so many first time moms are struggling through those Target runs alone.

Fourth time mom here and all of that postpartum stuff the Frida mom stuff is all unnecessary and not needed. I was wearing my regular underwear out of the hospital with a pad every single time. It’s a money tactic. They also give you a squirt bottle and cooling pads in the hospital. I just wanted to let you know and any other first time mommas in the comment section 🤍
