@coastalpttherapy: When we say we support all forms of communication, we truly mean it 🤍 After a big, out-of-routine event, this child needed help to regulate through deep pressure. While they would usually request more (like singing or pressure) using a key word sign or picture, today it looked different, a gentle foot tap was their way of communicating. And that’s okay. Communication isn’t one-size-fits-all. It changes day to day, moment to moment...and we meet our kids exactly where they are. #speechtherapy
