and if you spray it in your pan butane evaporates off after about 10 seconds spray your pan first prep your meal and by the time you turn the oven on the butane is gone and you're perfectly fine

Butane is a gas, it's not an ingredient in the spray it's what's pushing it out of the can. it's also not going to get into your food just by spraying it on your food, or a pan that will later be used for food.

What I’ve noticed about these is when you first buy them they sprayed really well but after a short amount of time it doesn’t spray so much as it squirts your oil everywhere

avocado oil spray from Costco uses just air not butane. only ingredient is oil.

Pam uses butane as a propellant? I always thought they used nitrous oxide. Had to look it up. I won’t be using it anymore. Probably also true of any other canned spray oil.
