guys, oral hygiene is so important. do you need super expensive stuff? personally, I don't think so. my dentist is just happy that ive finally gotten into the habit of brushing twice a day, doesn't care that I dont have an electric toothbrush, is happy I dont use a super abrasive toothpaste (i use Boka and its helped my sensitivity and enamel over the years, previously used the Sensodyne she showed in the video), and while he wants me to floss more, he is happy that I use the flossers every once in a while. anything is better than nothing. if all of this is overwhelming and you want to just get something that you can do to where youre at the very least brushing your teeth, try getting travel pre-pasted and pre-packaged mini toothbrushes. there's good ones on tiktok, and its a good step to take when everything else feels overwhelming. take all of this with a grain of salt, I'm a medical assistant, but definitely not a dental assistant or hygienist. this is all stuff ive learned over the years talking with dentists and battling with major depression with my teeth being the first to go when my depression gets super bad.

My mom is a dental hygienist, and she always recommends regular floss over the floss sticks, but of course says if you are flossing with that sticks that’s fine at least you are flossing lol
