💔 I’m so so sorry. Both my parents were terminally ill at the same time. They died two months apart. My heart breaks for you

My parents are getting older too. I see the pain in your face. As a trained chef. Do your favorite family meals you remember from growing up. Do themed nights. Taco night. Nacho night. Pizza night. Seafood boil. Italian. Chinese night. Get a really good flat top grill. So many easy recipes out there. Marinades for steaks, put on a grill. Keep it simple. Food brings people together. Prayers for yall. 💕🙏

I apologize about the dirty paper but this is my families tried and true lasagna recipe. Also - quiches are so fun to make! You can add so may different proteins and veggies. My go to is turkey ham (if you can find it), cheese and diced bell peppers & green onions. A good French toast recipe - brioche bread and use heavy whipping cream rather than milk. ❤️

Taco nights. Pasta nights. Grilling. I know those are normal responses. My heart is breaking for you and your sister!

I’m sorry to hear this sis. I knew they had some appointments, but I didn’t know the outcome. You’re a far superior cook - I can’t think of recipes to share at the moment. But sending prayers and love to you all ❤️

So I saw this creator that is very young and she has Alzheimer’s. I was reading in the comments and somebody said their parent was a part of a study and it was successful for them by taking key tones. Something about sugar can’t pass the blood rain barrier? I don’t know. I read it a while ago, but I thought it was interesting and several people had said they did that as well and found success.
