What I don’t understand about what you just said is what happens when you’re a behavior technician and you’re subbing and you have a completely new client and you still have to take data because we have to take at least ect points of data for insurance companies an hour at least so I don’t quite understand how you say we can’t place mands. If we’re keeping our kiddos safe we can place mands and I think that we can start to incorporate mands while pairing cause just playing the entire time can set somebody else’s routine off for the regular tech and the client depending on the kiddo, we do what our BCBA requires just because this is your way of doing things doesn’t necessarily mean a BCBA is going to agree with this and playing and pairing the entire time for new tech Can kind of make us think that pairing is ABA therapy and it’s not. pairing is a very big part of the clients relationship with you in the beginning and establishing trust. I don’t quite think that this information is valid for subbing. And you didn’t really say that we have to follow our BCBAs request for our client’s therapy plans.
