Unpopular opinion. Chipotle isn’t good. It’s always cold and half the time they don’t cook the rice long enough. Homemade is wayyyy better.

They were asking him to throw it away because it’s cross-contamination for them to take it back over the counter. All he had to do was throw it away and they would’ve replaced it for him. We only see the tail end of the interaction, but based upon his tone, I can see why they didn’t want to assist him. Being nice goes a long way and is reciprocated easier.

I’ve worked in restaurant management & when something like this happens where the bag rips & food falls on the floor is to offer to replace the order at the very least. It’s called problem solving & customer satisfaction.
