Exposure to everything that makes you anxious. Turns out I make everything a big deal and when I finally encounter the situation, it wasn’t even bad at all. You have to challenge your mind and your thoughts

I think it’s a variety of things that can guide you to a space where you can feel better again. I think truly entering and visiting your inner world is an important one, because there you could be finding the root of your anxiety, it could literally be something from childhood. I think writing does wonders, not trendy journaling but truly writing. Definitely expose yourself to the environment of when you feel this way and work your way true it for your brain to realize that it is okay and the more times you do it the better it will get. I think being aware of your breathings and taking a few moments of your day to truly sit and follow your breathings will help too. Certain foods can trigger this too, but honestly anything, even the heat of just being outside. I pray things will get better for you. 💗
