How to remove scalp psoriasis gently without causing more damage. This was prescribed by my dermatologist so im sharing this with you. An oil is used to soften the flakes, i was prescribed olive oil. Warm up the oil because it works better. Once you have covered your scalp with the olive oil, wear a shower cap and let it sit for 30 minutes or so. Stubborn flakes will take longer and even multiple attempts. After that you can test and see if the flakes are loose. The wash everything off, use your shampoo first before adding water.
