I’m really resonating with your content considering I’m a marketing generalist and I’ve worked in startups and family owned businesses exclusively. These are great tips but I’ve recently hit a wall where the environment doesn’t feel fit for me because of the lack of feedback/lack of support. All of my work environments have forced me to figure it out and sometimes I struggle so bad knowing if I’m doing the right thing! Anyway, keep sharing good stuff!
