Hai kak, Aku mahasiswa kedokteran. Aku cuma mau ngingetin kaka buat merhatiin otot di bahu kirinya, terutama bagian trapezius, biar nggak tegang. Mending jangan tidur miring; paling ideal sih tidur di sebelah aku🥰🥰🥰

A struggling student took the SAT and received a score of 1480 out of 1600. Until that moment, nothing in his life suggested he was exceptional. But once he saw that score, something changed. For the first time, he believed he was intelligent. So he started behaving like someone who was. He attended class, changed who he surrounded himself with, graduated, went to college and eventually became an incredibly successful entrepreneur. Twelve years later, he received a letter explaining that his score had been switched. He never scored a 1480. His actual score was 740. The story, popularized by performance coach Trevor Moawad, is one of the most powerful illustrations of belief I have ever heard. His intelligence did not suddenly increase when he opened the first letter. What changed was the identity he believed belonged to him. That belief changed his standards. His standards changed his behavior. His behavior changed his results. And his results continued reinforcing the person he now believed himself to be. Psychologists call this the Pygmalion effect: expectations can measurably influence performance. People do not keep expectations locked inside their minds. Expectations leak through tone, patience, trust, attention, feedback and opportunity. Eventually, the person on the receiving end begins collecting evidence for the identity the environment has assigned them. This is why your environment is never neutral. Some rooms repeatedly introduce you to your limitations. Other rooms interact with you as though your potential is already real. Be careful who you allow to define you. Be even more careful how you define the people around you, especially children. Sometimes belief is not merely encouragement. Sometimes belief gives a person permission to become someone they never knew they were allowed to be.
