I’m front desk. I promise you, the ONLY time I finish the call and get even slightly exasperated is when someone calls for an emergency only to get upset when I tell them our available time slots 😭 Purely cause it makes zero sense to me. Scheduling is the easiest part of the job and most calls are nice and easy 🥰 Needing an appointment isn’t shameful ♥️
