Hi sisi, may I ask I won my CCMA then the company took it to the labour court and I haven’t heard anything ever since. I don’t have funds for a lawyer and the payout was +200k and honestly I don’t want to lie it was a tough Constructive Dismissal case however the level of evidence I had was so great hence the win and I had no one representing me just basically studying via youtube videos to prepare. I’m hurt by this cause till date my children and I are still carrying the trauma mentally and financially cause a lot was lost. Do you know what’s best for me to get an idea of what’s happening?

what happens to me In ccma of Cape Town they disappointed me I will never forget that after an unfair dismissal it was real real but they close my case with out my even alerting me they where delaying my case for course they where bribed I waste almost for month from them after I was waiting for them to call the company they never come back to me and tell me if they did speak to my manager and here from their side until today they just close the case....and I gave up that case and now am looking for a job
