@alenakhmil: Chicken and mushroom pie 🥧 Ingredients: chicken fillet 300 g champignons 300 g onion 1 pc. garlic 1 clove cream 50 g mozzarella 100 g puff pastry 2 sheets egg 1 pc. Fry the onion, mushrooms, chicken and garlic. Add thyme, salt, pepper and cream. Let cool. Put the filling on the pastry, add cheese. Cover with another sheet or make a pattern. Grease with an egg. He hecho la receta, he cambiado la cebolla por calabacín que nos gusta más y he añadido pimiento rojo. La masa la he horneado un poco antes de incorporar el rellleno. Buenísima, espectacular 👌
