As a non league manager a huge part is who you know (players) and convincing them to come and play for you. if he's significantly under budget and not winning enough games then theyl bring in a manager that can attract better players.

The club hasn’t sacked him for not spending the budget it’s to get a man in who has the next level experience to go up again. The club was on course to get a playoff place and money was there to push but we didn’t get anyone in and lost a few players meaning the form dropped massively and we lost a cup final. The club is trying to show ambition albeit I don’t agree with the dismissal

It’s the most ridiculous thing I heard. Yes he may have lost some games but they were safe in mid table, apart from a cup final they had nothing to play for. Geographically Ramsgate will find it harder to attract players. I really don’t have a clue what the board want, surely consistency is better than chopping and changing managers. I hope Lee is picked up by a better team higher up the ladder, he deserves it.
