I know you're not a foundation girl (trust me, I was too) but if you HAVE to try one please try the Maybelline lumi matte. it's so watery and thin I only use 1 pump and that's enough for the whole face. So lightweight and it stays!

As someone with dry skin, all issy base products work well on me, no need for a detailed skin prep, i can do with just toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen (if daytime). It’s very lightweight so treat it as a skin tint, only put a little amount because it goes a looong way. But even when I added a bit much it never clung onto my dry skin, it did crease on my smile lines but that’s because I put too much. I like the stick version a lot more tho but that is meant for dry skin more for sure. Maybelline was way too heavy and broke me out. First base needs a detailed skin prep. Lastly, sola dries me out even more because it sucked out the moisture on my skin and emphasized my pores (when they’re not even that large). Those 3 worked well for my sister with oily skin though.
