-workout before you eat
- 2 or 3 Eggs , 2 milk, meat, fruits and vegetables every day
-Caned sardines twice a week ( 3 times if you want to)
-Switch to honey if you have a sweet tooth
-You don't really need to cut bread or pasta just lower the amount you consume and double on the vegetables
-drink 2L of warm water but DO NOT DRINK 1L IN AN 1L because your kidney will get tired
(this is for healthy body... I don't know if it will make you lose weight but this is what I was eating in the last year )
