it would make sense because Victor was drawn to Julie the moment she got there. Victor says he only draws things to not remember them. he drew a picture of her sleeping when she was napping on the couch. maybe it was a memory he wanted to forget.

Julie story-walks back to the confrontation at the bottel tree and "accidently" saves Eloise by holding on to her and bringing her to the current timeline. But Eloise can't go back because the story has already been written. So hopefully she is rejoined with Adult Victor and her dad in our timelime but as a kid Ethans age.
