As a person that was actually hit by a car while walking, I would much rather suffer one fractured arm than all the injuries and surgeries I went through. I am truly lucky to be alive.

I don't know if the story is true or not but the video they show is not a video of that incident. First of all, he's walking with that girl and holding her hand as they enter into the street. Second, the video is not from California, it's not even in the U.S. Look at the road sign and the sign above the street (in a different language). Maybe the story is true and they're just using a different video because there's no video of the actual incident, but my guess is it's all BS.
