Katrina Warren :
Lots of big black underwear for Roberta. Honestly my mum bought me some and they were essential. Big maternity sanitary pads as bodyform will be too thin. You need really thick ones 😅. Charger for phone, toothbrush, razor (if she wants to defuzz), makeup (if she wants to, but not essential).

The thing I found most important was pads for super heavy flow, the nighttime ones were what I used all the time day & night. Bring a pillow from home, I found the hospital ones very flat & uncomfortable. 👍🏻🥰

I cannot recommend The Expert Midwife - Spritz for Bitz enough! or ice pack pads (both from Boots)! That's a pretty good bag to be fair, don't forget chargers/power banks 😊

I know you’ve got pads there but you need to get the maternity pads as they are thicker and bigger and will hold more! Roberta will also need day outfits as birth can take a while and to obviously to come home in unless she wants to come home in pj’s! Also underwear!!!!! lol I hope this helps

Get some actual maternity pads, I saw she’s got normal ones but the bleeding can be a lot so I found them helpful with both my births (one was a c section). And big comfy granny pants too 😂

Shampoo, conditioner, face wash, hair brush, feminine wash. If you drive a back this bin bag to pop on seat to sit on if your partner has an accident if not puppy training pads work. Muslims for when winding baby. If in doubt check out the sma website they have a checklist

Face cream so her face doesn’t dry out. I’ve also heard that some women prefer adult diapers to pads so they don’t have to worry about leakage or underwear.
