I did PT for my plantars off and on for years. What was most effective for me was using a slant board for fascitia stretches. So grabbed the same one as my physical therapist from Amazon (I think it was by BAM Athletica slant board) . I keep it by the bed to do a few stretches and squats in the morning, and before bed. Maybe 2-3 minutes per set. Safe to say never had plantars since - and will admit feel better mobility and flexibility . Worked for me - maybe for you? 🦶 💪
