Big Mama em lived long, quality lives without ever going to a so called doctor. See, Big Mama was born at a time when it was legally difficult for a black person to receive medical care. So she, and that generation had nothing but God, and tried and true home remedies to depend on...and especially today, when doctors flat out lie to us about our so called illnesses...and medical malpractice is the leading cause of death in America...naw im good!💯

Nursing homes are just as bad if not worse. I always tell people that have a loved one in a hospital or nursing home to make sure you visit as much as possible.
