I know the oil is the same if you put it in the basket or not but there's something weird about the chicken raw doggin the oil without the basket and I can't explain it 😂

I’ll eat it, but never understand why you would fry chicken crispy, then cover it in sauce to make it soggy. Maybe put the sauce in the side.
