Emily try oiling your hair later and DO NOT tie it up with a head band. ANY pulling your hair is no good. Use a claw clip which is better for the hair. Sleep on a silk or satin pillow. Take hair vitamins. It does take time but trust the process.

You are so brave putting this out there! It’s so informative for us ppl that are loosing or have thinning hair and I thank you for your bravery.
