I visited Vietnam years ago and struggled with the heat and humidity - carrying a handkerchief really helped me, mentally. I'd wipe the sweat from my face and it helped me feel slightly cleaner. I still do that on hot days or when working out. Hope the rest of your trip is so amazing 🥰

As a fellow sweaty girl who takes Zoloft and has issues in the heat (and by heat I mean the heat in MAINE lol) I swear my electrolytes. Idk if they have liquid iv or something similar where you are, but it helps me, and I breastfed all last summer!
