Whoever in this situation and you want to retreat, make them get tired of you. How? Limit the access to you. Ajak jumpa? If you can’t say no, just say you have something to do and want to ‘schedule’ another time but never specify what time. Dia call? Don’t ever pick up. Dia text? Reply je tapi an hour later and cuma sebaris ayat. Trust me I know it’s hard at first tapi lama-lama dia slowly retreat and you can heal better

ive been there. kena curang countless time, and still stay. satu hari i really really muak and i think sampai bila nak hadap benda ni. im really tired dengan relationship yang tak secure, no trust, no future, sakit hati, insecure, TOXIC and etc. took me almost 6 years to leave this toxic circle and finally did it. i know its not easy but think about your future. is this how you want to be treated for the rest of your life? to all the girls out there, we deserve better <3
