So when you go to “big court” what would be the conclusion? She would have to vacate and pay all the backed fees/payments? Would she have an eviction on her credit or would all the unpaid fees go to collections?

I have a question do landlords have insurance for situations when the tenants stop paying or pay late

I’m in a different situation, but I was wondering if she had the money to pay and offered a stipulation to pay the back rent and court costs, while keeping her rent current moving forward, would she have been able to keep her place?
