i was "hired" by a local cafe that was just opening, they gave me barista training, added me to the rota, added me to the group chat and everything. i changed my phone number and emailed to ask if they could add me back to the group chat. radio fucking silence for months so i assume they just didn't open, no they opened and kept the rest of the crew that were hired alongside me and just ghosted me for absolutely no reason, still haven't got an email to this day and this happened in 2024

I’ve been looking since January after my Christmas contract ended at savers I have 4 years retail experience and 2 years hospitality experience and only had 4/5 interviews and I have nursey apprenticeship tomorrow I hope I get this job

Lowkey don’t know what to do got fired from my job my rent is £650 a month including bills and I’m contracted in for a year so I can’t just leave and there are genuinely no jobs taking me and the ones that will won’t even cover my rent payment 😁
