This is actually correct. My father in law is a chiropractor and he said there was a study about this. People in western countries usually lift their babies up like this but Asian countries don’t. Western countries had more back problems in their adult years from this

I mean the original was the way I and everyone I know was changed and the only people I know who have back problems were born with spine problems lol its not like I'm holding my sons legs up for minutes at a time it takes me literally at most 1 or 2 minutes to change my boy, poopy butt or peepee butt lol
