Just remember though…it is generally not safe or recommended to exfoliate your body every day in the shower. While it makes skin feel soft, daily exfoliation often leads to over-exfoliation, resulting in skin irritation, dryness, sensitivity, and damage to the skin barrier. Dermatologists advise limiting exfoliation to 1–3 times per week. And as a cosmetologist, I support this. And I definitely support that washer rack she’s using. Just be sure you don’t use it every day.
