I would never not pay for a kid I've brought however as a parent I would always send my kid with money to others, even if it's to buy a treat for her and her friend.

I always pay for other people's kids when I'm looking after them. I send my kids out with own money and say to them to pay for themselves unless their friend's parents insist on paying for them. They're a bit older so get it
