And Saturday and Sunday are used for catching up: laundry, grocery shopping prepping for the week, social time and resting. I explain this often to ppl and they don’t get it!

I feel like if jobs went back to remote for anything that does not require you to physically be there the work life balance would improve so much. all those buildings can be turned into affordable housing instead of cube farms for unhappy people

In Italy they take a long midday break for 2-3 hrs , called "riposo." We should demand this along w/ fare wages 🤔🤨

After seeing this, I love living in Denmark even more! 37hr work weeks. 7.15 hours a day no mandatory overtime. Family time is extremely important in this culture. Dybt even get me started on the 5 weeks of paid holiday where 3 of those weeks are during the summer when the kids are out of school.
