No talking. Nurse on one side, change her diaper, undress her if you have to wake her. Then nurse on the other side. I had three children and by 3 1/2 weeks they slept thru the night During the day talk to her, kiss her, cuddle her. Teach her night and day.

Try putting her on dad’s side, babies wake up in a panic when they smell mamas milk… it really helped me when I had my little. 🥰

It’s all about calories. More calories during the day will help those longer at night. There are books about sleep train, but I think they start at 6 weeks before training.
